The information published on the Site is provided for general purposes. ecoMed24 cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or unavailability of the Site, nor for direct or indirect damages resulting from its use. ecoMed24 is a software platform intended for healthcare professionals and institutions. The Site and its content do not constitute a medical device, medical advice, diagnosis or recommendation aimed at the general public. For any health question, consult a healthcare professional.

Data collected through the contact form is processed by ecoMed24 solely to respond to User requests. In accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, the User has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of their data, exercisable at info@ecomed24.com. Where applicable, processing operations are declared to the Personal Data Protection Commission (CDP) of Senegal.

The Site does not use audience-measurement or advertising-tracking cookies. Only cookies strictly necessary to the operation of the Site may be used.

ecoMed24 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version that applies is the one in force when the Site is consulted.

These Terms are governed by Senegalese law and by the Uniform Acts of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) where applicable. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
